1. Direct inhalation. Drop 1 to 3 drops of essential oil on a handkerchief or tissue, inhale directly through the nose, and inhale the aroma of the essential oil to soothe and relax the mind.
2. Massage. The unilateral essential oil and base oil are made into nursing massage oil in proportion, and the essential oil can fully penetrate the skin by massage, so as to achieve soothing, whitening, firming and other skin-beautifying effects.
3. Take a bath. Fill the bathtub with warm water of 38 to 40 degrees Celsius, add 5 to 8 drops of aromatic essential oil and mix it in the water. With the help of the inhalation of steam and the heat of water, the aroma factor can fully penetrate into the body, relax and lubricate the skin.
4. Incense. Pour clean water into the water container of the aromatherapy stove and add 5-6 drops of essential oil. Light the candle and place it in the incense burner, and wait for the heat to slowly release the essential oil in the water. By mixing different essential oils into the incense burner, you can get different effects and help create different atmospheres. You can also directly add 5-8 drops of essential oil to the water tank of the humidifier, so that the essential oil is distributed into the air with the water mist of the humidifier.
