Oil massage to improve skin elasticity

Essential oils are popular for skin, hair, and body. However, if you don't know the correct way to use essential oils, many people will feel that the use of essential oils will be more greasy in the summer when oil is easy to produce. In fact, summer is the season to use essential oils. It restores suppleness to skin that has become dry due to UV rays and air conditioning, and smoothens skin with continued use.

1. First preheat the essential oil

When massaging, take a little essential oil and put it in the palm of your hand. Put your hands together to preheat the essential oil. After preheating, the ingredients of the essential oil are more easily absorbed by the skin.

2. Be sure to massage from the bottom up

Apply the preheated oil in the palm of your hand evenly to the entire face. Use the pulp of the index finger, middle finger, and ring finger to massage gently from bottom to top in order from the chin, cheeks, around the eyes to the forehead. Since essential oils soften the skin, a full-body massage first relaxes tight skin.

3. Improve the roughness of the nose and jaw

The nose and chin are the places where sebum tends to accumulate, so use your fingertips to massage evenly little by little like a circle. Daily massage with essential oils can effectively prevent acne and blackheads.

4. Massage acupoints to eliminate edema

Press the inner corner of the eye under the eyebrow and temple with the pulp of your finger. In the depression below the cheekbones, use the second joint of the index finger to press lightly as if to relieve soreness. Stimulating the acupuncture points like this unclogs the lymph, drains the waste deposited on the face and makes the blood flow. As a result, the temperature of the skin will rise, and the complexion will become more rosy.

5. To drain the deposited waste from the lymph

The last is to discharge the waste deposited on the face. Use the side of the little finger from behind the ear and through the neck to press slightly in the direction of the waste discharge from the depression of the collarbone. This massage can dredge the lymph, eliminate facial puffiness, and create a delicate face.

6. The massage is over

After the massage, some essential oils that cannot be absorbed by the face will float on the surface of the skin. Since the residual essential oil will damage the makeup, you can wipe it off with a cotton pad dipped in lotion. By the way, please use a hot towel on your face for 30 seconds after massaging with essential oils at night, the essential oils can be better absorbed and the skin becomes softer.
