Clary Sage, Latin name Salvia sclarea, also known as Southern European Salvia, can grow to 30-20 cm, with heart-shaped leaves, oil glands visible on the surface of the leaves, lotus-shaped bottom, light blue, purple or white flowers, and strong flower stems. There are more than 450 varieties, all native to southern Europe, and now wild or garden-grown Clary Sage can be seen all over the European continent.
The Latin name Salvia means "rescue treatment", and the ancient Romans called it herba sacra, which means "sacred herb", which reflects its effect of promoting longevity since ancient times. Clary Sage essential oil is extracted from the end of the flower branch containing flowers and leaves. The extraction method is distillation, and its smell is mellow with a slight tea flavor.

Daily single use:
1. Add 5-6 drops of clary sage essential oil to 20ml of body lotion or plant base oil, and apply an appropriate amount evenly to the whole body;

1、 5 drops of bergamot, 5 drops of clary sage, 4 drops of eucalyptus, 3 drops of basil, 30ml of plant base oil
